On completion of any domestic works, certificates have to be issued and in most cases registered with your local building control. As a member of the NICEIC, the certificates we issue have serial numbers that are traceable to us. Added to this, once registered you automatically gain a warranty with the work. Businesses that do not offer this facility will potentially affect any potential sale of your house and any insurances that cover your home.
